What happens after my 30-day trial?
Your dashboard locks and we'll ask you to subscribe. Your booking page stays live for another 60 days so you have time to decide — your clients won't see any disruption in the meantime.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contracts, no cancellation fees. Cancel from your dashboard at any time. If you cancel an annual plan mid-year, we'll prorate the remaining months.
Do you take a cut of my bookings or payments?
Never. Wynkie charges a flat monthly subscription — that's it. Any card processing fees (Stripe's 2.9% + $0.30) go directly to Stripe, not to us. Venmo and Zelle tracking has no fee at all.
Do my clients need to download an app?
No. Your booking page works in any browser on any phone or computer. Clients never need to create an account or download anything.
What's the difference between monthly and annual billing?
Annual billing locks in $22.95/mo instead of $27.95 — you pay once a year and save $60 over 12 months.
What payment methods can my clients use to book?
Any major credit or debit card for deposits and prepayments (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover). After the service, you can send a payment link for card, or track Venmo and Zelle payments manually in your dashboard.
